This division of CRM specifically addresses the administrative needs of our client members. Client Services Coordinators are responsible for the management of:

  • Monthly statement distribution
  • Account billing coordination
  • Collection of client receivables
  • Client notification on group changes and revisions
  • Coordination of year end premium audits
